Damion Wilson

As The Program Officer of Fiscal Sponsor Partnerships, Damion has oversight and ownership of POISE’s fiscal sponsor partnerships including managing the application process, recommending and selecting partners, end-to-end program administration, reporting, compliance, and community relations.

Since 1999, Damion has dedicated his life to helping improve the lives of young people and their families in western Pennsylvania. He has demonstrated progressive leadership experience as the Manager of Adagio Health’s Community Education department for 13 years and most recently served as Crossroads Foundation’s Director of Programs. In recognition of his efforts, he has been named as one of the New Pittsburgh Courier’s Fab 40 and has been honored with the Academy of Adolescent Health Youth Advocate Award. A passionate community servant, he has served on the boards of Living Way Christian Fellowship, Transitional Services, Inc., Pennsylvania Center for Adolescent Health and the AIDS Coalition of Southwestern PA. He currently serves on the board of the Human Services Center Corporation and is a member of the 100 Black Men of Western PA.

Damion is a graduate of Leadership Pittsburgh’s Leadership Development Initiative (LDI XVI) and the Pittsburgh Leadership Foundation’s Urban Leaders Project. A University of Pittsburgh alumnus, Damion is a proud resident of Penn Hills, where he lives with his wife and three children.
