The Kelvin D. Isom II Impact Scholarship Fund was established by Mr. Kelvin Isom in 2018. In 2019, the scholarship is for a rising college freshmen, sophomore or junior attending school in Western Pennsylvania; Atlanta, Georgia; or Washington, D.C. Mr. Isom was born and raised in Atlanta, currently residing in Pittsburgh, PA. Upon completing his studies at The University of Pittsburgh, Joseph M. This scholarship aims to aid those young men and women growing up in impoverished and underrepresented neighborhoods exemplifying academic excellence and community involvement.
