POISE Foundation Chairman of the Board Colonel Paul G. Patton’s recognition by an Air Force mentor program is a source of pride to POISE Foundation. On November 18, 2003 POISE Foundation Chairman retired Colonel Paul G. Patton was recognized by the U.S. Air Force for being a role model to young servicemen and women. Patton, a 27-year veteran, had a chapter of the Air Force Cadet Officer Mentor Action Program (AFCOMAP) named in his honor. Hosting the ceremony at Hanscom Air Force Base in Massachusetts was Electronic Systems Center Commander Lt. Gen. Bill Looney. Colonel Patton's support to the Air Force is characteristic of his leadership within POISE Foundation which has been a power force for good in Pittsburgh since its incorporation in 1980.
